Gregg Goldstein joins the firm after a six-year commercial litigation practice, which included antitrust litigation, shareholder derivative actions, class actions, banking litigation, mortage fraud cases, foreclosures, forcible entry and detainers, condemnation, construction litigation, energy litigation, wrongful termination actions, bankruptcy, product liability and contract litigation. Gregg has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to his litigation experience, Gregg has been highly successful in debt collection matters related to judgments he has won for his clients.
Gregg has extensive experience with both domestic and international clients and has litigated in both state and federal courts.
